What we collect

Through the Google Form, we collect only what is needed to contact you and assess whether mutual help is practical, such as your name or nickname, contact method, request details, approximate time and location, and preferred communication language.

What not to submit

Do not submit money transfers, collection codes, financial account details, identity document numbers, full hostel room numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information. If you are unsure whether something is needed, ask through the public contact channel first.

How we use the information

The information you provide is used only to contact you about that request, assess practical feasibility, and carry out necessary internal follow-up. This site will not publicly post your request details or sell your information.

Storage and retention

Google Form responses are stored in a restricted-access Google Sheet. In general, the target is to manually delete relevant information after about 30 days. If a specific mutual-help arrangement is still being followed up, it may be kept until follow-up is complete.

Hosting and third-party tools

This static site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare may log technical connection data (for example IP address and browser type) for network security and performance. This site does not use ad tracking, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or social media pixels.

Mutual-help requests use Google Form; responses are stored in a restricted Google Sheet. Contact may use WhatsApp or WeChat. Each service has its own privacy policy. Please also read our Terms & Disclaimer.

Access, correction, or deletion

If you want to access, correct, or request early deletion of information you submitted, use the public contact channel listed on the site and provide your approximate submission date and name or nickname so it can be located.
