How It Works
This platform focuses on vehicle-based moving help: you submit your moving request (route, items, and timing), then a student helper contacts you to arrange vehicle support. Each request is checked for timing, route, item size, weather, and safety; not every request can be accepted.

Fill in the form
Use the Google Form on the Request Help page. Include your vehicle moving request: date, time, starting point, destination, number of items, and preferred language.

Confirm by message
A student helper will contact you by WhatsApp or WeChat to confirm the route, item size, timing, and vehicle moving arrangement.

Meet and help
We agree on a time and place; the student helper drives along the agreed route to help carry your items. Please allow enough time and stay flexible on the day.

For specific arrangements, please communicate directly with the student helper.
Safety, courtesy, and mutual respect come first. Bad weather, oversized items, or impractical locations may lead to rescheduling or a polite decline.
